BLOT beauty studio was born in early 2022, with conception taking place years earlier. Lyndsay Tara, Founder and CEO, has been a makeup artist and beauty expert for the better part of two decades, which has provided her with countless experience in the ever changing industry. After working for many years as a bridal and editorial makeup artist, she was pulled to her passion for glitz and glamour. Training in Beverly Hills, with celeb makeup artist Kimberley Bosso, inspired Lyndsay to open her studio, offering the makeup skills that have been so finely tuned and perfected. As well as offering a line of makeup that makeup artists, as well as all the lovers of a good quality, planet friendly makeup line can enjoy. The Bosso Beverley Hills makeup line was created my Kimberely Bosso, who is a legend in the professional industry, who has had her artistry featured on numerous fashion week runways, including Paris, New York, Los Angeles, and Dubai, as well as the most sought after makeup artist on set in California.​While this was happening, Dr. Jestina Kushina had been hard at work at her Nashe lab in Abbortsford, BC, on a skincare line that will transform all skin, with nutrient rich ingredients, exotic oils, sourced from her hometown, in Zimbabwe, Africa, with harvesting done by local women who would otherwise be unemployed, affording them a safe way to provide for themselves, their children, and the villages.  ​Pheana G Strip Lashes was a necessary addition to the Blot Beauty Family, as her Lash artistry has become increasingly sought after, the request for an option to take day lashes to extreme, or flirty, is easy and a quick option between appointments.These lashes are hand tied, made with human hair, the most natural look, removing any concern that an allergic reaction will occur due to animal hair.​​
